You can now find the new online referral forms for Safeguarding Adults and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding (DoLS) on the intranet.

Previous forms were Word documents which needed to be downloaded and attached in an email to send. The new forms are all online which makes for a simpler and more efficient process for colleagues. Both forms can be accessed on the safeguarding intranet page.
