The West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYAAT) has procured, with external funds, West Yorkshire ICS-wide membership of the Healthcare Project and Change Association (HPCA), which can be accessed by all colleagues with a professional interest in project and change management.

The HPCA is an NHS England-funded body which promotes best practice in NHS project and change management by providing useful guidance, frameworks and toolkits, competence frameworks and capability standards as well as running events and training. The HPCA supports NHS staff working by providing a wide range of resources which will increase the likelihood of successful project delivery and developing their professional capabilities. Full details of the benefits are set out in this link. Please note that these resources are not to be used to replace any existing project management frameworks which have been adopted by your services, but to be used as supplementary resources or as a guide where these are not in place.

Colleagues working in project and change management are encouraged to take advantage of this excellent resource by subscribing to HPCA. Once you have done this, the HPCA will invite you into the Members’ Hub.
