CHFT is welcoming the mindfulness organisation, Breathworks, to deliver five, one-hour-long mindfulness taster sessions at both HRI and CRH across April and May.
The sessions are being led by fully accredited Breathworks mindfulness teacher, Stanter Kandola, in partnership with our Staff Psychology Service, and made possible by funding from CHFT Charity.
Stanter will introduce practices and perspectives to support and restore wellbeing at work and at home. A list of the dates and venues for each is below:
Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

Calderdale Royal Hospital
