CHFT's operational colleagues took part in a learning and development event at Huddersfield University last week, to mark the launch of the Trust's membership of the national Proud2bOps initiative.

We are partnering with Proud2bOps to help support teams and develop colleagues working in operational roles across our Trust. The Proud2bOps movement aims to energise, connect and develop its members through its UK network.

Chief Operating Officer, Jonny Hammond, said: "It was a great couple of days, which brought together a wide range of operational colleagues from across the organisation.

"There was discussion about developing clearer career pathways for operational colleagues and how we can do more to support those new to the role, as well as offering opportunities to develop skills and experience in different operational roles within CHFT."
