The National Quarterly Pulse Survey (NQPS) is open until the 30th April. It's a simple five minute check-in with colleagues to get their views on working at CHFT. 

This time around, the flexible questions focus on the NHS People Promise element of We are safe and healthy. These include questions on health and wellbeing conversations, and travel, alongside a question to get an understanding of awareness of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan.
