Clinical documents that were previously scanned onto the ImageNow system are still being migrated onto OnBase, which replaced the ImageNow EDMS system last October.

All scanned patient documents added from Thursday, 26th October onwards can be found in OnBase via the Clinical Apps folder on your desktop.

Please note: Even if some legacy records are viewable on OnBase for a patient, not all have yet been migrated, so please check both systems and cross-reference records to ensure no documentation is missing.
