Tracy Rawcliffe is moving to a national role with our partners ISS and away from CHFT, after a whopping 37 years at our Trust.
She started in 1986 in the personnel department at St. Luke’s House, before moving to the General Office at HRI until 1990. She then worked as PA to the late Gary Ashton and was our Lead for Interpreter Services. She also worked in the Social Work department around 2000 and then in therapy services until 2003. She came to CRH as Performance Manager, and then General Manager for ISS from 2008 until now.
She says the opportunities she’s had have been a real highlight of her time at CHFT: “I have been supported through my own personal development and achievements and enjoy the respect – hopefully - which colleagues have for me.”
Her new role involves the development of healthcare services to meet the changing needs of healthcare, patients and statutory requirements.
Tracy leaves at the end of this month, and we wish her well.
