Microsoft are introducing a new version of Teams at the end of March, and around 3,400 colleagues are already using it.

If you are still on what is known as the 'Classic' version of Teams, you may be seeing prompts to switch over to the new version.

This process is being managed by The Health Informatics Service ahead of the enforced changes by Microsoft on Sunday, 31st March. They are doing it gradually to avoid impacting lots of colleagues at once.

The switch only takes seconds, and there is no impact to your current Teams profile.
