Colleagues can now use the Wagestream app to help manage their financial wellbeing, including the ability to draw down (withdraw) a percentage of money already earned almost immediately. 

Wagestream's toolkit of simple-to-use financial products and services is an easy way to budget, build a pot for your future, use flexible pay, get discounts and more. The system integrates into our NHS payroll, ESR and financial processes.

How to access Wagestream

Make a note of your eight digit primary assignment (from your payslip) and then follow the instructions below:

1. Download the Wagestream app and search for your Trust: https://wagestream.com/en/app-download 

2.  Enter your details then select 'Enrol Me.'

Important: You'll receive a prompt to verify your email. Don't forget to check your inbox and verify. 

3. Return to the app and enter your Email; Surname; Assignment Number and date of birth to complete your enrolment. Accept the terms and conditions to start exploring some of the app's features. 

Your enrolment will take up to two days to process.

Important: During this time you'll receive an automated notification from ESR confirming that your bank details have been updated. No changes to your actual bank account or salary have been made - it simply confirms you’ve been assigned your own Wagestream account in ESR that will allow you to benefit from all of the app's fair, inclusive financial products and services, built around your pay.
