PSIRF is coming to CHFT

As we move closer to our transition to The Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) from the current Serious Incident (SI) framework, our Quality and Safety Team have arranged drop-in sessions and stands to provide more information.

Dates for information stands:

  • Thursday, 7th March – Outside Southside Dining, HRI, all day.
  • Friday, 15th March – Outside Ingleton Falls, CRH, all day.

Dates for drop-in sessions:

  • Tuesday, 2nd April - Forum Room 3, HRI, 08:30 - 17:00.
  • Wednesday, 10th April – Forum Room 3, HRI, 08:30 - 17:00.
  • Friday, 29th April – Syndicate Room, Learning Centre, CRH, 08:30 - 17:00.

Head of Patient Safety, Sharon Cundy, said: “Under the new Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) there must and will be greater engagement with those affected by an incident, so our team will be promoting this new way of working throughout the coming months.”
