Audit Yorkshire is asking colleagues to complete short survey (10 questions) to help measure and understand current fraud awareness levels at CHFT. The outcome will be used to inform future awareness programmes for colleagues.

The survey is completely anonymous and is should only take around three minutes to complete. The closing date for completion is Friday 29 March 2024.

Shaun Fleming, Anti-Crime Specialist at Audit Yorkshire, said: "Each year fraud costs the NHS millions of pounds – money which should be going into patient care.  The NHS remains a very popular target for fraudsters. To help us to tackle the problem we would be extremely grateful if you would spare a few minutes of your time to complete this survey."
