Project Search Job Coach, Tracey Thompson, and her other half Alice, will soon be taking on three marathons in a single day - and it's all to raise money for The Fire Fighters Charity.

The pair have completed similar challenges in the past, but nothing as ambitious as this one. On Saturday, 30th March they will attempt to complete a 26.2 mile skiing marathon, a 26.2 mile rowing marathon and a final 26.2 mile cycling marathon, using their local gym’s equipment.

If that wasn’t already exhausting enough, they will then close their fundraising mission with either 1,000 burpees or 1,000 box steps. Members of the gym will be voting for which the pair will need to complete.

Tracey said: “We are doing this for The Fire Fighters Charity because Alice is a current serving firefighter for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. We thought it would a great opportunity to raise money for this charity which supports firefighters past and present, as well as their families.”

The pair have already reached their £500 target, but want to thank everyone for their generous contributions. You can donate through their Just Giving page.
