Over the past couple of weeks, some colleagues have experience issues with the new Microsoft (MS) Teams. Our Health Informatics Service has a applied a fix to all computers, so hopefully this will help ease the issues with joining and staying to meetings.
If you have any issues, please contact the Service Desk. They rely on colleagues logging jobs so that they can assess the scale of the problem, building up a picture of whether it will impact large numbers of colleagues, and what they need to do to resolve the issue. You can contact them internally on extension 2600 or from a mobile on 01484 342600. You can also log a job online using Remedy on Demand from your desktop.
Watching CHFT Live on playback
Due to changes being made by Microsoft, we now set up CHFT Live differently in MS Teams. This means that colleagues will no longer be able to watch the event afterwards through the reminder email, which is normally sent around 15 minutes before Live each Wednesday.
