More than 2200 colleagues have registered for their Nexus account, which is great news. But to make sure you secure your virtual permit for HRI and Acre Mills, you must also apply for your permit. Having an account alone is not enough to making sure you're covered.

There are two main things to remember when applying - as our Car Parking Team need to check over every single application:

Correctly enter your working pattern

Please say whether you work full-time, part-time, rotational shifts or any of the other patterns listed.

Be sure on how do you want to pay

Colleagues who already have a permit should check their payslip before applying. It will tell you if you are paying a net deduction (in the Tax, NI column) or through the salary sacrifice scheme (basic pay column).

In many cases, colleagues are selecting the wrong option and the team must contact colleagues to check.

Waiting to hear back if you’ve applied - please be patient

If you have registered and applied and have a mail from Permits@nexusplatform.co.uk explaining your application is waiting for approval, please don’t contact the Car Parking Team. They will review your application in turn and be in touch if there are any queries, or when you permit is approved.

Please apply before Monday, 5th February

After this date the team will review how many colleagues have applied, cross referencing colleagues with current permits.
