The Handmade Bakery is a not for profit community supported artisan bakery in Slaithwaite. And from this Wednesday they'll be having a pop-up bread stall weekly near the pharmacy at the HRI main entrance between 4pm and 6pm.
Handmade Bakery is a workers co-operative, owned and run by their members, producing around 2000 loaves of real bread and patisserie each week.
Head of Commercial Projects at CHS, Samantha Turner, said: "This is a local business who operates as a co-op and we are keen to support them. Like others businesses they've struggled during the pandemic, and working with them fits with our social value principles."
