Information colleagues add to the Cerner EPR system for admissions, discharges, transfers and ED attendances can now be seen by all West Yorkshire trusts using a portal to the new Yorkshire and Humber Care Record.

It means that should patients be seen here at CHFT, or elsewhere in the region, their patient record can be seen by all, with clinicians able to view the activity and to help deliver the clinical care they might need.

Health Informatics’, Dave Armitage, was the link to the project here at CHFT.
