G-138-2023 Social Media Group Policy - new policy 

Using social media is a great way to connect with our patients and communities. It can be beneficial for many things such as the promotion of services; aiding the recruitment process; networking with stakeholders, and offering advice and support to patients and their families.

This new policy is not in place to stop the use of social media, but to promote the responsible usage of it whilst minimising the risk to CHFT, colleagues, and patients. It applies to the use of social media for business purposes as well as personal use that may affect our organisation in any way.

P-24-2011 Special Leave Group Policy

Policy amended to include the right to entitlement of child bereavement leave at the end of paternity or maternity leave.

P-60-2019 Reserve Forces Group Policy

Amendment to paid leave entitlement to meet our requirements for Gold Standard.

P-32-2010 Probationary Periods Policy

Additions in relation to known disability and reasonable adjustments.
