All documents that were previously scanned into the EDMS ImageNow system are now added to the OnBase Patient Window, which was introduced into the Trust last October.

Historic EDMS records scanned before 26th October 2023 are being migrated to OnBase. These are still available to view in EDMS if you can’t find it them in OnBase.

K2 Maternity Mother and Baby Discharge Summaries are also available in the OnBase Patient Window.
