On Wednesday 22 March we are changing to Tinzaparin for prophylaxis and treatment of VTE.

Training sessions are on offer. Ask your Ward/Departmental Manager to invite you to one of many over Microsoft Teams:

  • 6th March – 10th March : Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2pm to 2.30pm
  • 13th March – 17th March: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2pm to 2.30pm
