Women’s Voices is a monthly virtual forum for discussion for women, and allies of women.

Tomorrow's session, between 11:00 and 12:00 via Microsoft Teams, will include a discussion around the CHFT's Flexible Working Policy, following a request from members. 

Flexible working means changing the way you work and can cover your hours, the times you work or the place you work. This includes:

• Part time working
• Job-sharing
• Term-time working
• Annualised hours
• Flexi-time
• Career breaks
