Every October, CHS Ltd asks colleagues for their feedback in its annual Customer Care Survey - and this year, 211 colleagues shared their views.

There were some lovely comments about all of the teams, including:

• “CHS are fantastic, we couldn’t do what we do without them.”
• “The domestics are an amazing team of workers.”
• “Always a pleasure to deal with the Material Management department, nothing is ever too much trouble.”
• “The Estates Team always go out of their way to resolve any problems and are polite and friendly while doing it.”
• “Transport have always provided a good reliable service for our team.”

There are also plans in place to look at some of the things that colleagues fed back on.
