Women’s Voices is a monthly virtual forum for discussion for women, and allies of women.
At the next session on Tuesday 9th January (11:00 - 12:00), Suzanne Dunkley, Director of Workforce and Organisational Development, will lead a discussion around the Trust's Flexible Working Policy, following a request from members.
Flexible working means changing the way you work and can cover your hours, the times you work or the place you work. This includes:
- Part time working
- Job-sharing
- Term-time working
- Annualised hours
- Flexi-time
- Career breaks
Co-chair of the Women's Voices Network, Katherine Cullen, said: "We will be talking to some colleagues who have made flexible working work for their service and their work/life balance. Do you have a positive story as a colleague or line manager of someone who works flexible? Please come and share your story!
"This is a topic that is of interest to the members of the Network, however applies to everyone. You do not need to be a woman to attend or join the conversation - everyone is welcome."
Please contact Katherine (katherine.cullen2@cht.nhs.uk) or Carys Bentley (carys.bentley@cht.nhs.uk) for an email invite to the session.
Any other networks interested in running a similar session on flexible working should contact: carys.bentley@cht.nhs.uk.
