P-37-2012 Maternity, Adoption, Paternity, Shared Parental Leave and Parental Leave Policy

What has changed? Update to incorporate additional paid leave associated with miscarriage. Where a baby loss occurs before the 24th week of pregnancy colleagues will be entitled to up to 10 days paid leave and up to five days paid leave for the partner. This includes, but is not limited to, miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, ectopic pregnancy and molar pregnancy. This is not dependent upon gestation of pregnancy or length of service.

P-68-2023 Pay Progression Policy SAS Doctors (new)

The aim of this policy is to enable staff to understand the steps they have to take to qualify for pay progression. The policy also enables the Trust to support staff to achieve their pay progression, as it sets out key requirements and clear objectives.
