Due to popular demand, we will again be offering both the Flu and Covid vaccines from Monday, 4th December.

To make the best use of our resources, and to reach as many colleagues as possible, the team will be splitting their days between drop-in clinics and a roving service.

Here’s a timetable for the weeks leading up to Christmas, so get protected and have yourself a happy and safe festive break.

Week commencing Monday 4 December at HRI

• 08:00 to 12:00 - drop-in to the Phlebotomy Department on corridor one. Please bring your NHS number.
• 12:00 to 16:00 - roving service

Wednesday

• 14:00 to 17:00 - Drop in to the Phlebotomy Department on corridor one. Please bring your NHS number.
• 17:00 to 22:00 - Roving service

Friday

• 08:00 to 12:00 - Drop in to the Phlebotomy Department on corridor one. Please bring your NHS number.
• 12:00 to 16:00 - Roving service

Saturday

• 14:00 to 22:00 - Roving service

• 08:00 to 16:00 - Roving service

We have a legal obligation to share our colleague data with our regulators. If you’ve had either of your vaccines outside of CHFT (at your GP or with your midwife) and haven’t yet done so, please self-declare via our Microsoft form (which is also on our Winter Vaccination intranet page), so our records are up to date.
