Our winter vaccination programme will end on Friday 24 November.
Having the Covid and/or flu vaccine is still the best way to protect our frontline colleagues, their patients and our families. Over the last few years, vaccines have kept tens of thousands of people out of hospital and helped to save countless lives.
Feel free to drop into our walk-in clinics or use the dedicated booking link. We are offering both vaccinations in our clinics.
You'll need your NHS number when you book or attend our clinic. If you have problems with the booking form, please see this help guide.
If you can't book online, or are having issues, please contact Lead Administrator, Jason Primus, at: Jason.Primus@cht.nhs.uk.
For clinical queries, please contact Vicky Smith at victoria.smith@cht.nhs.uk
