CHFT has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition from NHS England for our contribution to the 2022 Staff Survey, just as we move into the last few weeks of this year's survey.

Our 2022 survey results highlighted improvements in all seven elements of the People Promise and the themes of Employee Engagement and morale.

National Director for People at NHS England, Em Wilkinson-Brice, said: “The NHS is operating in a challenging environment and improving staff experience in these circumstances should be recognised as a real achievement. I would like to thank you and your team for all your hard work in leading and delivering improvements for our NHS people. This truly matters, the care we deliver for our patients and service users.”

The 2023 Staff Survey closes on Sunday, 26th November and can be found in the Staff Survey 2023: Invitation email, which has been sent to all our colleagues. Please check your ‘Other’ inbox.
