As we approach the festive season, individuals and businesses are often keen to donate items and gifts to our hospitals and community locations. Our Charity is asking for colleagues to fill out a Gifts in Kind document for any donations received.

It can be found on the Charity’s intranet page under Useful Documents, or see below. It’s important that all donations are recorded so that our Charity can keep track of donations, thank the donors and use as information for future donations.

Once a form has been completed it can then be emailed to chftfundraising@cht.nhs.uk or dropped off at the Charity’s office in Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
