A huge thank you to everyone who helped pull this together - the film was produced with just a week's notice. The crew were with us for almost 25 hours, which was tricky to edit into a three minute film!

Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure Team Leader, Clair Jones, pictured, was involved in the film as she and team delivered a session for patients at The Shay Stadium in Halifax. Love that smile Clair!
