Some of our One Culture of Care finalists have told us how they feel to be in the finals.

Clinical Maternity Support Worker Educator, Stevie O'Connell, said: "I am still in shock and over the moon to have received a nomination, never mind becoming a finalist for One Culture of Care! It's been a difficult couple of years for our maternity services and now more than ever we need to be kind and compassionate towards each other - and have a good giggle along the way."

On behalf of the Rapid Diagnostic (non-site specific team) Project Manager, Lucy Beckingham said: "The team are really proud to be chosen as finalists, simply getting to this stage has been a fantastic achievement and we are really CHuFT! It's great to be recognised as having one culture of care, especially as our team reaches into primary care and across different departments here at CHFT."

And Consultant, Lindsay Short, added: "It was an unexpected honour to have been nominated. I am just a small part of a great team who always rise to any challenge to provide the best possible care to our service users."
