It’s the pocketbook that packs a punch – and colleagues who attended our latest Work Together Get Results workshop are singing its praises.

The two-day workshop provides handy tools and support for colleagues or teams who want to make changes – big or small – in their working environment, ultimately to improve the patient experience or to make life simpler for colleagues.

You’ll find out the best way to set your goals to support the change, and how to engage with others to make it the best it can be.

And to help you achieve your goal, you’ll get lots of advice and tips wrapped up in a pocket-sized handbook, as well as meeting a network of new colleagues and having fun, too.

Transition Clinical Nurse Specialist, Jill Priestley, pictured fifth from left,  said: “It was recommended to me as a worthwhile course to go on. It was a really great atmosphere and so good to do the workshop face-to-face.

“After two days, I can honestly say that I would contact every person on this workshop for advice or with questions about anything.

“It’s interesting, as some of it you do sub-consciously, but the workshop brings it all together. Lots of it is new – but either way there is a real emphasis on our Trust values.”

Medical Secretary Support, Mollie Wright, fourth from left, added: “I’ve done quite a lot of courses as an apprentice. This has been one of the most engaging courses I’ve attended, and it’s given me tips and tools that I can use every day.
