EDMS ImageNow will be replaced by OnBase Patient Window on Thursday, 26th October.
From this date, all day-to-day scanning will go directly into OnBase.

You can use your usual Windows login and password to access the OnBase Patient Window. If you use Imprivata, this will be filled in for you. If you have any issues accessing or using the OnBase Patient Window, from the 26th please log a job on Remedy.
K2 Maternity Mother and Baby Discharge Summaries will be available in the OnBase Patient Window.
Historic documents are being migrated from EDMS ImageNow to OnBase - however, if a document isn't available in OnBase Patient Window, please check EDMS ImageNow. The aim is to complete this migration by the end of the year. A notice will be sent out when the data migration is complete.
