Stop
- Why are you hiring?
- What is the clinical decision for hiring?
- Is there equipment in the Trust that can be used instead?
Think
- If hiring chairs, give Five Mobility the relevant measurements.
- Do you need training? If so, let Five Mobility know.
Go
Once the equipment is no longer required, arrange for collection, and stop the spending clock.
A few other things to remember:
- Please closely monitor what you are ordering.
- Once an item is no longer needed, contact Five Mobility immediately to collect and stop the charge.
- Monthly monitoring of ordered equipment will be carried out by the Moving and Handling Team.
