Keeping our frontline colleagues protected from flu and Covid is an important part of protecting our vulnerable patients, their loved ones and colleagues.

We are now in a position to offer one or both of the vaccines to all colleagues who wish to take one.

The drop-in clinics are being held at CRH this week in the old Rainbow Development Centre. Next week they'll revert back to HRI. There are also a number of sessions taking place in community locations - please see below for dates, times and contact information.

Or, you can book ahead if it's more convenient. Please have your NHS number with you when you come along.

• The clinics will run Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm. Every Wednesday clinics will be open until 8.25pm
• The vaccination team will also be visiting the community sites, including Broad Street Plaza, Beechwood Medical Centre, Overgate Hospice, Todmorden Health Centre, Allan House, Lawson Road and Princess Royal. Dates yet to be confirmed. 

We are seeing increasing numbers of patients with Covid in our hospitals. Please remember:

• If you have symptoms and attend work, please wear a surgical mask and follow social distancing were possible.
• If you have symptoms and feel unwell or have a temperature please do not attend work. 
• You do not need to carry out a lateral flow test unless you work with immunosuppressed patients
• If you are treating respiratory patients, please use the correct PPE and make sure you are Fit Tested
