Operations Manager, Kate Frost, is running two stop smoking stalls this week ahead of the start of Stoptober - when the month of October focuses on supporting people to cut-down or quit altogether.
She'll be at the main entrance of CRH on Tuesday 26th and HRI on Wednesday 27th September between 10am and 3pm.
This year there's a new national campaign for Stoptober designed to encourage and support smokers to quit for good. The theme for this year’s campaign is ‘When you stop smoking, good things start to happen’, reminding smokers of the many benefits of stopping smoking and signposting to a range of proven tools to help them on their quitting journey.
Kate said: "Quitting smoking is easier with the right support. Come and have a chat with me and see what resources are available.
