It's a big day for the Research Department. After months in the planning, today sees the launch of their new strategy.

Their vision is for every clinical area to be engaged in high quality research and for every patient and colleague to have the opportunity to be part of research.

Their mission is to embed a culture of research excellence throughout the Trust, delivered by a highly skilled, knowledgeable workforce.
