On Friday, CHFT's new Shadow Board met for the first time. 

The Shadow Board has been established to provide our leadership team and Board of Directors with new and diverse perspectives and insights.

Newly-appointed Shadow Board Member and Deputy Clinical Director of Pharmacy, Kathryn Cullen, said: "It is hugely exciting to be part of such an experienced, diverse and motivated group of colleagues and be in a position to influence Board decisions in real time over the next 12 months as part of the Shadow Board. I look forward to the learning from being a part of the Board and being involved in work outside of my usual comfort zone"
