We have changed the way we capture and report feedback received through the Friends and Family Test (FFT).
A new look FFT card is now available to be ordered from the CHFT iProc system.
Please make sure you are using the right order number for your area:
- FFT001ED – Emergency Department – Adult
- FFT002EDC – Emergency Department – Child
- FFT003IP – Inpatient – Adult
- FFT004IP – Inpatient – Child
- FFT005MAT – Maternity
- FFT006COM – Community
- FFT007OP – Outpatient
Improvements have also been made to our online form and patients can share their experiences at: Friends and Family Test - CHFT (cht.nhs.uk)
