Our next Hot House, organised by colleagues in Workforce and Organisational Development, has a strong focus on our learning culture here at CHFT.

CHFT Hot House events are an opportunity for all colleagues to give feedback about the Trust and take part in key discussions to help shape future developments.

We know that a positive and strong learning culture enhances patient care, colleague happiness and wellbeing.

It’s where continuous learning, professional development and knowledge sharing is encouraged and supported amongst colleagues. This can include training opportunities, workshops and resources to help improve skills and apprenticeships.

The Hot House takes place on Tuesday, 19th September between 2pm and 4pm via Microsoft Teams.

We’d like to hear your views on how we:

  • Support and involve colleagues in change and improvements       
  • Appreciate one another
  • Motivate colleagues to develop themselves
  • Use digital, resources, programs and tools, to help access to learning.
