EDMS ImageNow will be replaced by OnBase Patient Window on Wednesday, 13th September.

From this date, all day-to-day scanning will go directly into OnBase. There is guidance below on how to access and use the OnBase Patient Window. You can use your usual Windows login and password to access the OnBase Patient Window.

K2 Maternity Mother and Baby Discharge Summaries will be available in the OnBase Patient Window.

All historic documents are being migrated from EDMS ImageNow to OnBase. If a document isn't available in OnBase Patient Window, please check EDMS ImageNow as used previously, where it will still be available. Further information will be available when the historic data migration is complete.

Any issues accessing or using the OnBase Patient Window, please log a job with the Service Desk or log a job in Remedy on Demand.
