This week we're including a special shout-out to Assistant Practitioner, Christine Mitchell, who is part of the Acute Therapy team at HRI.

Christine has worked for the CHFT for 28 years and has had a varied career including working in the emergency department and as a Discharge Co-ordinator. She is also one of the team's wellbeing ambassadors. 

Inpatient Therapy Team Lead, Vicky Jackson-Furness, said: “Christine is a keen runner and can be regularly seen competing in marathons and ultra-marathon challenges up and down the peaks. She is a doting Grandmother and dog lover.  

“Thank you Christine for all you do for the team and your patients. You truly are a superstar!”
