Our Empower Programme is for any colleague with an interest in investing time in their self-development. Our inclusive personal development programme is designed to help colleagues grow to empower them to make a difference in their roles and community as well as unlocking talent within the Trust.

The next dates for Empower 2023/2024 are now available, with the first cohort starting in November. 

The programme is free. Please speak with your line manager to ask for their support or discuss it at your appraisal. If your manager is supportive of your application, please email: odteam@cht.nhs.uk and say which cohort you'd like to join.

You will need to attend all four modules. Find out more in the participation guide attached.
