All Registered Nurses and Nurse Associates involved in care of nasogastric tubes must attend NG tube training.

Please remember: "No training, no touching"      

The face-to-face session should be completed for initial training. Following this, colleagues can complete the e-learning package every three years to maintain competence.

In response to increased training demand, these one hour drop-in sessions are on offer:

• 6th March: 1pm, 2pm and 3pm Boardroom – HRI
• 7th March: 9am, 10am and 11am Medium Training Room-CRH
• 17th March: 1pm, 2pm  and 3pm Forum Room 1A- HRI
• 29th March: 1pm, 2pm and 3pm Medium Training Room- CRH.
• 13th April: 9am, 10am and 11am Small Training Room-CRH
• 21st April: 1pm, 2pm and 3pm Forum Room 2-HRI
