Time is running out to share your views on a new five-year plan to deliver health and social care across West Yorkshire - as the survey closes tonight - Monday 20th February at 23:59.

With the passing of the Health and Care Act 2022, all integrated care systems such as the the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership http://www.wypartnership.co.uk/  - of which we are a member -  must have a refreshed plan for healthcare delivery.
