Connect and Learn webinars are short bitesize training sessions designed to aide our colleagues' personal development. Each session is on a different topic based on feedback from colleagues.
The first two take place next week.
On Tuesday, 29th August between 10:00 and 11:30 there is a session called "We have a voice that counts." It's is a chance to hear about our activities such as the NHS Staff Survey and quarterly People Pulse surveys. We'll explain how we use the data in planning our next steps in our actions plans so we can demonstrate You Said, We Did to colleagues.
On Thursday, 31st August there is a session called Appraisal for Managers. – 12:00 – 13:30. Want to learn how to have an effect appraisal with a colleague? This session will take you through the steps of how to have an effective appraisal as a manager.
