We will be advertising for 20 new Trainee Nursing Associates (TNAs) to join us in January 2024. The advert will be on NHS Jobs between Monday, 14th and Sunday 20th August.

There are information stalls and events planned for prospective candidates to attend – see below for more information. The posts are open to external applicants.

Here's Holly Boyd, who is a Nursing Associate in Paediatric A&E at CRH. She said: "I’d worked on the Children’s Ward at CHFT for more than 12 years as a HCA. I was supported by my managers and colleagues to apply for the TNA programme. It was a challenging programme, but totally worth it!"

Entry requirements for the role: 

• Applicants must have English and Maths GCSE Grade C (4) or above, or the equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills - Certificates will be required
• 12 months experience in direct patient contact role
