It’s that time again. The National Quarterly Pulse Survey (NQPS) opened this morning. It's a simple five minute check-in with colleagues to get their views on working at CHFT. 

The answers will be used to shape a range of support, both locally and nationally, for all NHS staff. 

The flexible question this quarter covers the 'We are compassionate and inclusive' and 'We are safe and healthy' People Promise elements. They focus on compassionate leadership, fatigue and rest breaks.
