Having a happy and engaged workforce means we all pull together to achieve our goals. It contributes to our wellbeing, and our performance as individuals and teams is improved too.
Our Workforce Committee holds Hot House events to bring colleagues together to look at how we can take ideas and help them grow (hence the term Hot House).
This Thursday topics will include colleague engagement, recognition and appreciation. We’ll also be sharing how the staff survey results link into these areas.
