A reminder that the new adult nursing admission documentation will launch on Monday, 17 July at 11am.

The team involved nurses from across CHFT to redesign it and work with them to create a process that fits for them. It focusses on the assess and helping to formulate the plan of nursing care.

Chief Nurse Information Officer, Louise Croxall and her team will be on site walking round from 17th for two weeks talking to colleagues and listening to any issues and feedback.
