Records Management Policy
- Link to Records Management Code 2021 (changed from 2020 link)
- There has been a conclusion to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, so the reference to the stop notice for retention and destruction of case notes due to the enquiry has been removed.
- NHSE Stop notice for the Covid Inquiry has been added as an appendix. It relates to the Public inquiry into its response to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
