Debbie Moore, a much loved member of the phlebotomy team, sadly died last month after a short illness. 

She will be deeply missed by all her phlebotomy colleagues who described her as the life and soul of the party and department.

Debbie has worked at Calderdale Royal Hospital and in the Calderdale community since 2009. She was considered one of the best phlebotomists within phlebotomy. 

There is a book of condolences and a card available for people to sign who knew her. It's at the CRH Phlebotomy Collecting Unit.

Debbie's funeral will be held at Pontefract Crematorium on Friday, 14th July at 1pm.
